Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–18 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–18 business days
- Europe: 8–20 business days
- South Africa: 5–12 business days (where applicable)
- Other International Destinations: 10–25 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the products ordered.
From time to time, Modern Select may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become available after shipment.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. As a result, you may receive your items in more than one package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Modern Select is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it is dispatched.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, or high shipping volumes.
We appreciate your patience and understanding should this happen.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
